iFiTT Instructors

Holly (ZUMBA)

I am a full-time Medical Assistant for Dr. Patton and Heywood just across the highway from iFiTT24. Before I took my first Zumba class 4 years ago, I wasn't much into fitness. I didn't like going to the gym because I was uncomfortable with people looking at me and I didn't like workout videos because they were so long and boring. I instantly fell in love with Zumba because of the music and because of the fact that I could work out for an hour and not even notice because it was so much fun! I couldn't get enough!!! I went from a size 14 to a size 5!!!! I love seeing people "let their hair down" and have a great time working out. It is really means a lot to me to help people reach their health and fitness goals. I also enjoy reading, hiking and watching movies.

Lisa (Core Fusion and Toning)

Rita (ZUMBA)

Rita has been a fitness enthusiast for years. I was a substitute danceaerobic instuctor back in the 80"s at the YWCA and also a member of the Demo Troupe. I love music and I feel music calms the soul. I love teaching Zumba and seeing the smiles on everyone's faces when I teach. Its a great honor to influence people in the fitness world to take care of themselves.

Monica Orosz (Spin)

Monica Orosz is a full-time newspaper editor and writer and mother of two grown children. She has always been a fitness advocate and years ago taught aerobics in a leotard (ala Jane Fonda!). These days, she enjoys bicycling, strength training, fitness challenges such as mini-triathlons, kayaking and boot camp and spinning classes.
She recently started teaching spinning because, well, Shalece and Jeff asked her to. She's glad they did because it's a blast! When she's not exercising, she loves to cook, garden, knit and read.

Steven Romano (Kickboxing)

I am a graduate student earning an MBA at The University of Charleston and a real estate agent.  In my spare time I kayak, mountain bike, play any sport available, and I am currently hooked on reading the Hunger Games trilogy.  I became a kickboxing instructor by filling the void left from the great Gene Canter, but I have definitely come into my own delivering a jam packed high intensity cardio kickboxing experience.  My class is not for the faint of heart, so if you are willing to commit I can guarantee you will not leave disappointed.
