Class Descriptions:

These classes welcome drop-in visitors, non-members, and members with any level gym membership.


ZUMBA 
ZUMBA classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you're getting fit and energy levels are soaring. There's no other fitness class like a ZUMBA Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective, totally exhilarating and often builds a deep-rooted ZUMBA community.
 

Kickboxing
Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can burn as many as 500 calories in a one-hour class and achieve a total body workout, according to the American Council on Exercise.  Class typically begins with a warm-up to heat up the muscles. The main portion of the class involves combinations of punches and kicks that are usually repeated multiple times to ensure mastery. Class concludes with a three- to five-minute cool-down that involves static stretching of the hips, shoulders and core. Steven's class is not for the faint of heart, so if you're willing to commit he can guarantee you will not leave disappointed.



Virtual Spinning  (indoor cycling)
Like a traditional spin class, attendees will use the gym's provided indoor bikes. Virtual Spin takes class to the next level, projecting scenery onto a wall helping viewers escape during this indoor class. Spin classes can provide tremendous benefits including lowering blood pressure, weight reduction and improved cardio vascular health.  
  


Stretch and Flex

Your body requires “tune-ups” just like your vehicle! De-stress, and tone your way to your best body with this workout - a fun program using varied levels and elements of yoga, pilates, and dance-based stretching to sculpt the body. Stretch and flex through a fluid warm-up, focus on balance, & conditioning to shape your upper and lower body while target toning your abs with every move before a nice cool down.

iFiTT24 B.E.A.S.T. Revolution ($$)

Welcome to an innovative exercise and nutrition program. The B.E.A.S.T. acronym stands for Body Evolution Anabolic Synergy Training. This program is taking exercise science to a new level. Non-athletes to Olympians can utilize this program to unleash the beast. In this program the nature of the beast really means unlocking your potential. This program is about you and what you have to give to yourself, working within yourself to unleash the beast. B.E.A.S.T. Revolution was developed to unlock all attributes of the human anatomy. Mind, body and soul. Where you are weak it will make strong and where you are strong it will make perfect. When you have failed it will turn into success. The B.E.A.S.T is not a one size fits all program. It is tailored for and custom built towards your goals and physical level of intensity. Whether it is fat loss, strength training or muscle building, this program can unlock the potential for your success. With this program you will also be introduced to proper nutritional guidelines according to the goals you set for yourself. The B.E.A.S.T. does not quit once training is accomplished but it continues with your metabolism. They will ask how you are able to run so far, lift so heavy, eat that much and your answer will be I’M A B.E.A.S.T…



Mommy FiTT  ($$)

Our Mommy FiTT class is designed for pregnant women looking to stay in shape during their special time. Low Impact and Light Resistance training has been shown to ease the pain of a body adjusting to pregnancy as well as making the  birthing process less stressful. On top of the obvious benefits, exercising while pregnant will increase   blood flow and oxygen to the baby and make post-birth fitness easier to accomplish.




Kidd FiTT  ($$)

With the child obesity rate on a steep rise, iFitt24 has come up with a group fitness class designed for children in grades K-3. Children will be put through many different series of "games" designed to increase fitness, balance and coordination. Every session will end with a round table session to discuss smarter eating habits, benefits of exercise and safety.


Crunch 30!! ($$)

The Crunch 30!! class was designed for the busy professional looking to get the most out of a workout during the lunch hour. The class will maximize calorie expenditure by utilizing High Intensity Interval Training in a manner that allows you to burn calories all day long! All of this in only 30 minutes!
